Payment Options

Once we have confirmed that your chosen date is available, you have three payment options (please note – date is not reserved until one of the payment options is completed)

PAYMENT OPTION ONE – INVOICE

Once we confirm that your chosen date is available, your full order can also be created and invoiced for one payment or a deposit/balance set up if preferred.  Payment can be received through paypal or e-transfer.

PAYMENT OPTION TWO – DEPOSIT VIA PAYPAL

Deposit via paypal– Please wait for confirmation that your date is available

Once we confirm that your chosen date is available, we require a $100 deposit to reserve the date. Balance is due 5 days prior to event date VIA E-TRANSFER or PAYPAL INVOICE. You can pay your deposit here, using paypal.

If you are adding an extra tent (i.e. 5 Tent Package) your extra tent can be added here. Extra tents can only be added onto our existing packages. Full payment will reserve your date (if available), no deposit needed.

Tent Rental Terms

Alissa Bartlett Creations & Celebrations Terms and Conditions

Definitions
Alissa Bartlett Creations & Celebrations/abc2 (“VENDOR”)
Party renting sleepover tents and/or purchasing baked goods (“CLIENT”)
Sleepover tents and all décor/accessories (“EQUIPMENT”)
Booking agreement between both parties (“AGREEMENT”)
Funds paid upon booking (“DEPOSIT”)
Total cost of rental & baking services (“FEE”)

Agreement
The Client, by placing an order via email, text, telephone or website, agrees that they accept the conditions of the Agreement. The Vendor will retain a booking form and supply an electronic invoice as confirmation of the booking, with payment terms outlined.

Rental Period
The rental period for the sleepover tents is 24 hours, from the time of completed set-up, unless the Vendor has agreed to another arrangement with the Client. If the equipment is unavailable for pick up or return at the conclusion of the agreed upon Rental Period, the Vendor reserves the right to charge the Client an additional 24 hour rental fee. The Renter is responsible for being present to accept delivery/set-up and facilitate the collection/tear-down of the equipment.

Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure the Client booking and full payment is required 5 business days prior to the Rental Period. The Vendor reserves the right to withhold delivery if full payment has not been received per the payment terms.

Cancellation
If the Client cancels the booking, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the Deposit. This deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to hold another date.

Delivery Charges
Delivery fees are included in the Fee as long as the Client’s location is within 30-minutes of car-travel time from the Vendor location in Milton. The Client will be charged an additional delivery fee for any delivery requiring travel in excess of 30 minutes (one-way) from the Vendor location in Milton. Estimated travel time will be provided to the Client from the Vendor, at time of booking, based on information provided by Google Maps. A $5 fee per 5-minutes of excess travel time (> 30 min.) will be added to the Agreement and charged as part of the Fee.

Set Up & Tear Down
The Client is responsible for indicating clearly the location of the assembly or dismantling of the equipment. Prior to set up, the Client must ensure all floor areas are clean (vacuumed/mopped). The Vendor will take every care during set-up/tear-down, but shall not be liable for any damage to the Client’s site, access areas, furniture, flooring or personal belongings.

Damage
The Client is responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the Vendor Equipment. The Client is responsible for the safe keeping of the Equipment at all times during the Rental Period. The Vendor will charge the Client full replacement value for any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed Equipment.

Liability to Third Parties
The Vendor is not liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss or damage on the Client or Client’s property.
